🚨 SPECIAL OPERATIONS: Multi-Agency Hazmat Training Drill 🚨 St. Charles Parish firefighters recently conducted a specialized hazmat multi-scenario training exercise alongside our partners at the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center, and St. Charles EMS. This collaborative training was a vital opportunity for the Parish Rapid Assessment Team (PRAT) to work side-by-side with law enforcement and emergency medical services in simulated hostile and terroristic incidents involving hazardous materials. We thank the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center, and St. Charles EMS for their outstanding cooperation, teamwork, and dedication to keeping our community safe. This type of interagency collaboration is key to an effective and unified response when every second counts.
