What is Knox Rapid Access System?

Trusted by thousands of fire and law enforcement agencies for over 40 years, Knox Rapid Access Solutions have provided first responders with immediate access into secure buildings, campuses, residences, and commercial properties when it matters most. Removing barriers to entry reduces injuries to responders and minimizes property damage. That’s the power of the Knox rapid access system. The system starts with the Knox Master Key. With one key the system removes barriers to entry when first responders respond to an emergency call.

1. After following instructions on the linked page, when selecting “Begin Order,” Select “Louisiana” for Your Location, and Type in “Luling Vol Fire Dept” underneath Local Fire Department/Agency.
2. When typing “Luling,” it will most likely drop down a selection in which you can click then click search.
3. After Searching, a dialog box will appear confirming you are choosing Luling Vol Fire Dept in Luling, LA: Click “Select.”
4. You can now choose a product that will be registered within our system.
A. For Commercial Buildings, the KnoxBox 3200 is good for up to 10 Keys. Anything more, we recommend purchasing the KnoxVault 4400.
B. If you are a residential property such as an apartment complex, multifamily dwelling, or a single-family dwelling, we recommend purchasing the Knox Residential Box.

Once complete we will receive an email from Knox Box, review the application, and work with you and Knox Box to complete the system.
*Once you complete your application/purchase and we approve the request, you will receive the KnoxBox to your specified shipping location. *NOTE: SHIPPING ADDRESS DOES NOT GO IN INSTILLATION ADDRESS, UNLESS THEY ARE THE SAME LOCATION.

Once received, you are responsible for installation! The Fire Department is not responsible for installation on the KnoxBox. We recommend the KnoxBox be able to be located easily by our responders and be visible.
